Kundalini yoga is a pathway for learning about the inner self. It helps cultivate a compassionate and expansive way of thinking about who, what and why we are here.
Kundalini yoga connects you to your inner self through the power of the breath, postures, meditation, mantra and mudra. Not only does your body become strong but also your mind, glandular system and nervous system get fortified and healthy.
It’s a very different style of yoga which taps into the inner fire, the tapas. In yogic scriptures ‘Tapas’ is described as burning off the impurities of mind, body and soul. Our negative minds, attachments and ego driven insecurities are burned away. The somewhat funny movements and breath take you on a magical journey of self-discovery. You become part artist, part scientist and part philosopher. I don’t know where I’d be without this amazing yogic practice. I love to share the teachings of Kundalini yoga with anyone who wishes to practice this amazing style of yoga.
