About Emma

 Emma is an experienced yoga teacher with 25 years of practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and breath work. Emma is qualified in the Iyengar yoga lineage, her foundations are grounded and strong. Emma teaches  Kundalini style yoga and meditation, a dynamic experience designed to help you find your true essence. Emma teaches with focus on mantra, breath, alignment principles, sequencing, mudras, drishti, pranayama, meditation, special timings and use of props.
