About Emma

 Emma is an experienced yoga teacher with 25 years of practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and breath work. Emma is qualified in the Iyengar yoga lineage; her foundations are grounded and strong. Emma teaches Kundalini style yoga and meditation, a dynamic experience designed to help you find your true essence. Emma teaches with special focus on: -

  • alignment principles

  • sequencing

  • mudras (yogic hand gestures)

  • bhandas (cosmic energy locks)

  • drishti (eye gaze points)

  • pranayama (breathing exercises)
