Classes returning to Enoggera Memorial Hall every Thursday and Saturday morning

You can attend Emma's online yoga and meditation classes either by become a Yogi TV Member and browse unlimited classes, or join online classes every week and connect with other yogis. Remember to book your online class atleast 30 minutes before start time, you will be sent a link to join in. Find a quiet space and don't forget to have some props nearby.  Or if you like your yoga classes in real time, book in, bring your mat, meditation cushion and head down to Enoggera Memorial Hall. Free parking available.

All classes run for 75 to 90 minutes in duration.

Emma is an experienced yoga teacher, with over 20 years of practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. Emma is certified in the Iyengar tradition; her foundations of yoga are grounded and strong. She blends Ashtanga and Kundalini lineages to create something new. A unique, distinctive style.  A dynamic experience designed to help you to find your true nature. Emma teaches with focus on mantra, breath, alignment principles, sequencing, mudras, drishti, pranayama, meditation, special timings and use of props.
